PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE ACCEPTING YOUR RESERVATION:

• If you are traveling from Medellín, it is best to book your bus ticket one day before departure.

• Electricity: The power company provides service from 9:00 AM to 5:00 AM, but interruptions may occur. (The cabins are equipped with solar panels that power the fans and lights in case of service interruptions.)

• Local customs: Weekends are quite festive, with noise in different areas of the town. The mid-October break week is particularly lively due to the Festival de la Cigüa.

• Transportation to Capurganá:

• BOATS depart from Necoclí or Turbo only in the morning at 8:00 AM. The approximate cost is $90,000 - $95,000 COP per trip (plus port fees). It is recommended to arrive one hour before departure.

• FLIGHTS from Medellín (on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays) with:

• Flights from Montería with:

• WiFi: Provided by local companies using broadband. The general service level is 70%, with possible interruptions due to the town’s distance from Necoclí, where the signal originates.

• Alcohol: We have a bar service, so bringing your own alcohol is NOT allowed. A corkage fee of 5,000 COP per bottle applies. 😉

• There are NO ATMs in Capurganá. Visitors should bring enough cash for their trip expenses. However, there is a Bancolombia banking agent available.

• Los Almendros is an eco-friendly accommodation! ♻️ Help us minimize waste together!

If none of the above affects your stay, you may proceed with your reservation.

To finalize your booking, you must pay 50% (low season) or 100% (high season: year-end, Easter, and mid-October break week).

We work daily to provide the best lodging experience, but unforeseen events may require you to modify or cancel your reservation. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures that we offer fair and effective solutions.

 

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

 

⭕ 45 days before arrival: 100% deposit refund.

 

⭕ Between 45 and 30 days before arrival: Refund of 20% of the total reservation value or the option to reschedule the booking for another date within the next six months (subject to seasonal price changes, meaning the guest may need to pay the price difference).

 

⭕ Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: Option to reschedule the booking for another date within the next six months (subject to seasonal price changes, meaning the guest may need to pay the price difference).

 

⭕ Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
